Terms of Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Drimi app, operated by Naleo. By using Drimi, you accept them. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Questions: elleetmoi.app@proton.me.
The service
Drimi lets you create photos and videos by placing your face into templates. Creations are generated by artificial intelligence: results can vary and may not always match your expectations.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Drimi, and have your parent's or guardian's permission if you are under the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
What you may upload
You may only upload photos of yourself, or of a person who has explicitly agreed to it. You must not use Drimi to:
- impersonate someone or create content meant to deceive people about who appears in it;
- create sexual or sexually suggestive content, or any content involving a minor in such a context;
- harass, threaten, defame or humiliate anyone;
- infringe someone else's rights or break the law.
Your creations
You keep the rights you hold in your selfies. You may use your creations for personal purposes, including sharing them on social media. The templates, the app and the Drimi brand remain the property of Naleo or its licensors. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.
Credits and purchases
Creations cost credits. The cost is shown before you start. If a creation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance.
Credits are a virtual item with no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
Availability and liability
Drimi is provided as is. We work to keep it available and reliable but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Naleo is not liable for indirect damages resulting from your use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using Drimi at any time and ask us to delete your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
