Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account identifier: when you start using Drimi, an anonymous account is created for you. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we also receive the email address and name that provider shares with us.
• Selfies and creations: the photos you choose to upload, and the photos and videos Drimi creates from them.
• Purchases and credits: the credits you buy and spend, and the status of your purchases. Payment is handled by Apple; we never receive your card details.
• Usage data: the screens you open and the features you use, with technical information about your device and app version.

How we use your data

• To create the photos and videos you ask for and show them in your gallery.
• To keep your credit balance and purchases in sync with your account.
• To understand how the app is used and to fix problems.
• To answer you when you contact us.

Your face and your selfies

Your selfie is used only to create the photo or video you requested. We do not use it to identify you, to build a face template, or to train AI models.

To create your clip, your selfie is sent to our AI processing provider, fal.ai, which generates the result. Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has explicitly agreed to it.

Who processes your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run Drimi for us:

• Supabase: account and sign-in.
• Cloudflare: the Drimi API and the records of your creations.
• fal.ai: AI processing of your selfies and storage of the generated media.
• RevenueCat: purchases and credit balances.
• PostHog: product analytics.
• Apple: payments and subscriptions through the App Store.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, your selfies and your creations while your account exists, so you can find your creations in your gallery. Our AI provider also keeps technical request logs for up to 30 days.

When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from our systems and ask our providers to delete their copies.

International transfers

Our providers may process your data in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict its use. To do so, write to elleetmoi.app@proton.me. If you are in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children

Drimi is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used Drimi, contact us and we will delete their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the app.
