How do credits work?
Each creation costs credits, and the cost is shown on the template before you start. Photos cost less than videos.
My creation failed
When a creation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically. You can then try again or pick another template.
A purchase does not show up
Close and reopen the app. If your credits still do not appear, write to us with the date of the purchase.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete my data
Write to elleetmoi.app@proton.me and we will delete your account, your selfies and your creations.
